Led by Giorgio Martusciello, Zone 1 services roughly 40 miles from our physical address, covering a territory that centers in Lexington but reaches into Red Bank, Columbia, West Columbia, Irmo, Lake Murray, Chapin, Gaston, Oak Grove, Gilbert and surrounding areas within the Midlands of South Carolina.

We're specialists in sprinkler or irrigation installation and repair.

However our services go well beyond these specialties, including sod installation, landscaping, French drains & drainage, landscape lighting, pavers & landscape stone or mulch weed abatement.

UPDATE (2023) -- We recently invested in a vibratory plow engineered by Vermeer for trenchless irrigation which is known for it's ability to install with minimal disturbance to your sod. This style of installation does not require deep trenching which leaves visible trench lines zig-zagging through yards. Depending on your needs, this can be a wonderful alternative and leave your yard looking almost untouched by comparison. Ask about this option for your next irrigation install.
