Giorgio himself came out to scope the job and develop the plan which was followed up by an estimate via his online contracting and invoicing system.
The contracting was smooth and efficient, completed online without any issues. Invoicing also used the same system and tied everything together.
We have a large yard and the crew of up to 6 spent over two weeks installing the sprinkler system, prepping the lot, and installing the sod.
The sod was Palisade Zoysia and the crew rolled it out, patched missing spots and then hand rolled the lawn to ensure it was all down correctly.
Giorgio worked right along with his crew ensuring that the job was done correctly and it was! We were very impressed by the attention and effort expended to get the irrigation system and sod installed. The guys worked their collective rears off! The yard looks great (and no more red mud)!

This is my second review for Giorgio and family. I wrote a few months ago after he repaired the irrigation system. I write again after he and his family completed sod installation as well as completed a large rock garden. In essence, he transformed the entire front yard. Exactly as was the case previously, a very admirable and impressive work ethic he and his family demonstrated, and I couldn't have been more pleased.
I still stand in awe as to how well they were able to complete the rock garden. We're talking about one-ton landscape boulders, about 7 palettes of garden boulders, and several hundred plants. His wife, son, and another gentleman helped with the design.
Supplies were delivered with no problem, they started the job immediately, had the boulders placed in one day, and had the majority of the rock garden finished in THREE DAYS! They even cleaned the job site so meticulously, there was no trace that work was even done. I still can't believe how flawlessly the entire process went, and I owe them sincere thanks for a job beautifully done. As I said before, if you need work such as this done, contact Giorgio!!
