Giorgio and his son arrived on time, did a tune up of my irrigation system and any necessary repairs and adjustments of my sprinkler heads. They repaired a leak which was preventing the sprinklers from functioning correctly.
Afterwards they took me around and showed me how each zone was working and responded to all my requests and questions. Before any work was performed I was told the charges. Honesty, integrity and good workmanship describe Zone1 sprinkler repair.

I call Zone 1 around 0800 and I got a fast response back with in the minutes. Told them my problem I had going on with the underground leak I had. And he give him about an hour once he finished with the job he was on and he'll come right over to take a look and see what was going on . Zone 1 showed up took a look and fix the problem with in and hour and stopped my water meter from running. The service was outstanding and fast A1.

Highly recommend. I will only use Zone 1 from now on. I'm was so impressed with the response time and professionalism with this company. I had an issue with 2 zones not working. I remember making the call after 5pm thinking I would be lucky to hear back from any company I called this time of year as I was leaving a voicemail. I was totally wrong. To my surprise I recieved a call back in about 10 minutes and a service call same evening. That was yesterday. He was back today and my system is fixed. It was nice to deal with someone who was so up front about any cost and was not trying to sell me something I did not need. The communication and his honestry was excellent. He changed out control box and 2 Selonoids. Everything works perfectly now. Thank you again so much for making this process quick and stress free for me.
Gorgio at Zone 1 repaired a sprinkler pipe for me. He arrived promptly at the agreed time, preserved the sod that was removed to do the repair and replaced afterwards. It’s hardly noticeable that the sod had been lifted at all. Very pleased with the service
